The R & D Center of Zhongshiduqing (Shandong) Biotech Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, and was promoted to Provincial-level Enterprise Technology Center in September 2009. The R&D Center has 60 engineering and technological personnel, of which 57 are full-time R&D personnel, accounting for 81% of the company’s total number of technical personnel. Six people in the company enjoy governmental subsidies and hold master's degrees. 100% of the staff at the Technology Center have received college education or above, 60% of which hold bachelor degrees and medium professional titles or above, including 10 senior title holders, 22 medium title holders, and 2 Ph.D. holders. The R&D Center of Zhongshiduqing attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation with research institutes and universities at home and abroad. In recent years, the R&D Center has exchanged views and discussed with experts and professors from Jiangnan University, Shandong University, and Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology for many times, and invited them to participate in business development strategy seminars, personnel training and cooperative development. Zhongshiduqing R&D Center has a sound operating mechanism and a comprehensively built management system, including “Technology Center Regulations”, “Technical Committee Regulations”, “Provisional Measures for Patent Management”, “Research and Development Management Measures”, “Provisional Measures for Computer Information Systems Management”, “Scientific and Technical Information Confidentiality System”, and so on. It has also established and built the systems for the R&D Center. Zhongshiduqing R&D Center is equipped with imported liquid chromatograph, atomic absorption spectrometer, one-over-ten-thousand electronic balance, domestic advanced protein analyzer, fat analyzer and other instruments, to meet the needs for developing new products. At the same time, the company co-founded the Engineering Technology Center with China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries, and established long-term technical cooperation relationships with the State General Administration of Sports, China Food Nutrition Institute, Jiangnan University, Shandong University and other research institutions.
